Rem Offshore ASA has entered into an agreement with BUE Marine
Limited to sell a ship under construction at Simek AS. The ship is of
the UT755 LN design with delivery in June 2008. This will give a
booked profit of approx. 36 mill, and a net cash of approx. 74 mill
in the 1th quarter 2008.
